Advertising

By subscribing to our service, you allow us to use your organization's name and logo for publicity and marketing purposes on our platform or through other means of communication, public or private, with our current and future clients.

Rights of use

Base39 obtains permission to use your company's name and brand for promotional purposes in our communication channels, always respecting your brand guidelines.

Unforeseen circumstances

Neither party is responsible for failures due to uncontrollable events, including cyberattacks, provider failures, wars, governmental actions, among others.

Relationship between the parties

We are independent partners, there is no employment relationship, joint venture or franchise. This Agreement has no third-party beneficiaries.

Communication via email and Base39

All communications regarding the contract will preferably be made via email, and may also be sent through Base39. Legal notifications should be sent to the appropriate email.

Changes to our APIs

Base39 is constantly evolving, occasionally requiring adaptations to our APIs. Changes will be communicated, but we suggest following our constant updates.

Amendments to the Agreement

As we grow, we may need to modify the terms of the agreement. Any significant changes will be communicated to you in advance. By accessing our APIs after the changes, you agree to the new terms.

Waiver

Any waiver of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the party waiving the right.

Independence of clauses

This Agreement is in effect within the limits of the law. Illegal clauses will be reviewed but do not affect the validity of the others.

Assignment

Neither party may delegate or assign its rights without the written consent of the other. However, it is permitted to assign the Agreement in its entirety in the event of merger, acquisition, or asset sale. Any assignment in violation of this term is null.
