The Main Services Agreement ("Agreement") and these Additional Terms of Base39 ("Additional Terms") are legally binding and govern the acquisition and use of Base39. These Additional Terms apply in conjunction with the Agreement and are an integral part thereof. The terms used with capital letters, but not defined in these Additional Terms, have their meanings provided in the Agreement.

Authorization for search optimization

Base39 may access Customer Data for the following reasons, and the Customer instructs Base39 to handle Customer Data for these purposes:

to train models for use by the services and features to which the Customer has access; to improve the services and features to which the Customer has access; to research and develop products to which the Customer may have access; in accordance with what is established in the Agreement between Base39 and the Customer.

The Customer retains ownership of their Customer Data, and Base39 retains all rights over the aggregated results of machine learning.

Advertising

The Customer grants Base39 the right to use the Customer's company name and logo as a reference for marketing and promotional purposes on Base39's websites or in other public and private communications with current or future customers of Base39, subject to the Customer's standard trademark usage guidelines as provided from time to time to Base39.

Changes to the Terms

We may periodically change these Supplemental Terms. If substantial changes are made, we will send reasonable notice to the Customer before the change takes effect. The Customer understands and agrees that continuing to use Base39's Services after the date of change to the Supplemental Terms will constitute acceptance of the changes.
