This Acceptable Use Policy sets forth a list of acceptable and unacceptable conduct for our Services. If we believe that a violation of the policy is deliberate, repeated, or poses a risk of harm to other users, our clients, the Services, or any third parties, we may suspend or terminate your access. This policy may change as Base39 evolves, so please check for updates and changes regularly.

What to do:

• comply with all applicable laws and government regulations, including, without limitation, intellectual property laws, data, privacy, as well as standards promulgated by government agencies, as well as any applicable rules;

• upload and share only Client Data for which the Client has all necessary rights under the law and in accordance with contractual and fiduciary relationships (such as proprietary information and confidential information discovered or disclosed as part of an employment relationship or under nondisclosure agreements) and do so only in accordance with applicable law;

• make reasonable business efforts to prevent unauthorized access or use of the Services;

• keep all passwords, access keys, and other login information confidential;

• monitor and control all activities conducted on your account in connection with the Services;

• notify us promptly if you become aware or have reasonable suspicions of illegal or unauthorized activities or a security breach involving your accounts or teams, including loss, theft, disclosure, or unauthorized use of a username, password, or account;

• comply, in all aspects, with all applicable terms of third-party apps, including any Client chosen to integrate with the Services that you access or subscribe to regarding the Services.

What not to do:

• allow third parties who are not authorized Users to access or use a username or password for the Services;

• share, transfer, or otherwise provide third parties access to an account originally designated to you;

• use the Services to store or transmit Client Data that may violate or infringe upon someone else's trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property or that may be harmful or illegal;

• upload to the Services or transmit from the Services data, files, software, or links that contain or redirect to a virus, as well as a trojan horse, worm, or other harmful components, or technology that accesses or illegally downloads content or information stored in the Services or on the hardware of Base39 or third parties;

• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, disable or interfere, disassemble, modify, copy, translate, or disrupt the resources, functionality, integrity, or performance of the Services (including any mechanism used to restrict or control the functionality of the Services), third-party use of the Services, or third-party data contained therein (except as such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law);

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems or networks, or circumvent, evade, divert, remove, disable, or otherwise bypass any protection of the software or monitoring mechanisms of the Services;

• access the Services to create a similar and competing product or service or copy ideas, resources, functions, or graphics from the Services;

• use the Services in any way that may be harmful to minors or that interacts with or is directed towards individuals under 18 years of age;

• engage in activities that incite or promote acts of violence or hatred against individuals or groups;

• impersonate individuals or entities, including, without limitation, one of our employees, an "Administrator," or another authorized User, or falsely claim or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person, organization, or entity;

• access, search, or create accounts for the Services by any means other than through our publicly-compatible interfaces;

• send unsolicited communications, promotions, or advertisements, or spam;

• place advertisements on a Base39 Client;

• send altered, misleading, or false source identification information, including "spoofing" or "phishing";

• abuse references or promotions to earn more credits than deserved;

• sub-license, resell, share time, or exploit the Services in a similar manner;

• use the Services for consumption purposes, as Base39 intends its use for businesses and organizations;

• access or use the Services on behalf of or for the benefit of patent assertion entities;

• use contact or other information obtained from the Services (including email addresses) to contact authorized Users outside of the Services without their express permission or authorization or to create or distribute email lists or other collections of contacts or user profile information for authorized Users for use outside of the Services;

• authorize, allow, enable, induce, or encourage third parties to take any of the above actions.
