You have experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar role.
You have a solid understanding of IT systems and technical support principles.
You have excellent communication skills and are able to explain technical problems clearly and understandably.
You are a natural problem solver, able to think creatively and effectively.
You have the ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
You are customer-oriented and strive to provide an excellent customer experience.
Provide front-line support to users, helping them resolve technical issues.
Manage incidents, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Work with other technical teams to understand our systems and processes.
Develop solutions to complex problems.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
